3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Rambling Rosa. We want to ensure you have a transparent experience with your purchases.

3.1 Physical Products
Returns Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your physical item to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
